Mockumentary Short Film

This comedic short film about a deceptive hospital warden at a mental institution was a lot of fun to make. It was directed by Jordon Prince-Wright while he was a student at ECU (Edith Cowan University) in 2014.

It was a lot of fun pretending to be a corrupt and abusive hospital warden/doctor. It is also not often that you will see Jordon Prince-Wright on-screen instead of behind the camera.

We filmed the office scene at my home office and the hospital scene at ECU Joondalup’s Campus (Mid-wifery department). We had a rough script to work with and then were able to improvise on the day and add some comedic aspects as they came to mind. My niece, Emily Miller helped us out by agreeing to play the role of the receptionist at short notice because we were short on cast.
